Info about registration process

In order to be able to participate in our next festival, your choir’s contact person needs a mijn.amusing-hengelo account.

If your choir has participated in the festival before, we have information about your choir. In this case, link your mijn.amusing-hengelo-account to your choir.

Please note: this can only be done by the contact person known to us. If this person is no longer a member of your choir, please send an email to koren@amusing-hengelo.nl

Important:

• A conductor or musician can participate with a maximum of 2 choirs/vocal groups. In this case, make sure that the e-mail addresses of the conductor and the musicians are the same for all choirs. This is necessary for proper planning. So check this carefully with the conductor/musician’s other choir.
• Registration for the upcoming festival on Saturday, June 7, 2025 is possible from September 15, 2024 to April 1, 2025 at the latest.

The contact person can:

• edit the details of the choir,
• make the registration,
• determine how the choir or singing group should be presented on our website.

The contact person will receive confirmation of the details, the information mailings, the newsletter and the final planning at least 1 week before the festival.
